Hello everyone,
I'm interrupting regular Field Notes broadcasting to bring you some news.
Since NEON NAVY launched in 2024, explaining what we actually do has been, well... a challenge. So, based on the work I've been doing most with my clients, I've developed three core programmes: the Luxury Market Audit, the Partnership Blueprint, and Strategic Experiences (my personal favourite, for the record).
That's announcement one.
Announcement two: the new NEON NAVY website is live. You'll find everything you need to know about the three programmes there. And if your goals call for something outside of these frameworks, I'm always open to scoping something tailored.
Now, on the note of communication (see what I did there), you may have noticed that Field Notes has a fresh new look. That's not accidental. A couple of days ago I discovered that many of you hadn't received my last few issues due to a technical error from my previous provider. Rather than just fixing the problem, I decided to treat it as an opportunity. New platform, new look, new home.
Speaking of which, Field Notes now lives online too. You can read issues there, browse the archives, and revisit old favourites. And speaking of favourites, hit reply and tell me which Field Note you found most insightful so far.
In case you missed the last two:
Field Note 13: When the Door Knows Who You Are - why the most personal touchpoints in luxury are increasingly powered by technology, and what that means for the client experience.
Field Note 14: Make Boring Businesses Sexy - why the brands that seem the least glamorous often have the most untapped potential, and how to change the narrative.
Regular broadcasting will commence in the next few days when Field Note 15 lands in your inbox.
As always, thank you for reading. Have a stellar week.
